Vista Grande fundraiser March 19th!

On Tuesday, March 19th, we will hold our first fundraiser sponcered by P.R.I.D.E Vista Grande for Dr. Hodes at Vista Grande Elementary School here in Danville, California.

Our sticker, a T-shirt (sponsered by Car West Auto Body, Community Bank of the Bay and HIA) and home made cookies (baked by a group of diligent school mothers from Vista Grande) will be sold as a packet for $10.00 each to raise funds for Dr. Rick Hodes.

If you are in town and want to join forces with us to help this honorable physician, please come on by, buy a cool and meaningful T-shirt (to proudly wear) and sticker (to use on your car, backpack, etc) embracing our cause!

In addition, if you have an old cell phone you don't use anymore, please bring it with you to donate. We have a program to exchange them for money; funds we can send to Dr. Hodes.

What is our mission?

Our mission is to raise awareness among children illustrating how we are all truely connected and how by working together we can make a difference in the world.

We want to carry our message to children in cities, states, and countries throughout the world conveying this message of being connected and through efforts supporting voluntary causes at their schools they can help children in need.

Our current project is to raise awareness and funds to assist Dr. Rick Hodes in providing medical care and clean water to children of East Africa. This project has two primary beneficial objectives:

First is educational: Children at their schools, with the help of their teachers and administrators can work together to help those in need. Each and every child realizes he/she can make a difference!

Second is financial: Our objective to raise money in each school through special fundraisers, as well as permanent recycling of bottles, cans and cell phones.

How can you help?

We would love your participation by motivating your school to embrace our mission and adopting our current fundraising project for Dr.Hodes cause at your school.
